Ordering a repeat prescription
You can request repeat medication on line. To do this you need to register with the practice and obtain a password to enable you to access this service. Please complete an application form available from reception.
If you already have your password then you can click the link below to access My Health Online.
Please leave your request for a repeat prescription at reception or post it to the surgery. Tick the items you need on the right-hand section of your previous prescription form. Your prescription will be ready for collection 48 hours later. If you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped, addressed envelope). The local chemist collect prescriptions daily; if you wish to use this service please inform the practice.
Requests for repeat prescription will not be taken over the telephone.
Please enquire at reception for a new service we offer allowing patients to order their prescriptions via the website My Health On Line.
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
If the practice has a suspicion of fraud taking place: persons making false requests for prescriptions they are not entitled to the practice will always pass the information to the Local Counter Fraud Specialists. Named patients to request and collect their prescriptions only, unless prior arrangement has been made with the practice e.g named Carers or chemist of choice. Please help us in the fight against fraud.
