The local chemist collect prescriptions daily; if you wish to use this service please inform the practice.
Requests for repeat prescription will not be taken over the telephone.
Please enquire at reception for a new service we offer allowing patients to order their prescriptions via the website My Health On Line.
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
If the practice has a suspicion of fraud taking place: persons making false requests for prescriptions they are not entitled to the practice will always pass the information to the Local Counter Fraud Specialists. Named patients to request and collect their prescriptions only, unless prior arrangement has been made with the practice e.g named Carers or chemist of choice. Please help us in the fight against fraud.
